Currently, Ben serves as Sonographer Manager at Perth Radiological Clinic, where he provides professional and operational leadership to a large sonography team. His focus is on delivering quality at scale, fostering teamwork, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining rigorous quality standards.
