All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AU$) and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note credit card payments will incur fees – refer to “Payment Options” below.

To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 11:59pm AWST on 14 July 2026.
Registrations received after this deadline, including unpaid early bird registrations, will be charged the standard registration rates.
Early Bird Registration Competition
Each registration submitted AND fully paid by the early bird deadline of 11:59pm AWST on 14 July 2026 will be entered into a draw to win two tickets to the NatureBoss Pinnacles Sunset Dinner and Stargazing Tour (see Terms and Conditions below).
Student Registrations
Student rates are only applicable to individuals who will be full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students at the time of the Conference commencement in November 2026. Proof of student status will need to be provided at the time of registration. Without this, the member or non-member medical/scientific rate will apply.
* Sonographer/Allied Health
The Sonographer/Allied Health registration rates are available to midwives, nurses, physiotherapists, radiographers, sonographers and other allied health.
** Residents of LMIC/UMIC
The LMIC/UMIC registration rates are only applicable to residents of lower-middle income countries (LMIC) and upper-middle income countries (UMIC) as classified by the World Bank.
Delegate Registrations from Employees of Commercial Entities
Representatives of commercial entities may only attend the conference as approved sponsors or exhibitors. Commercial registrations not linked to a sponsorship or exhibition package will not be accepted.
Terms and Conditions
Full registration includes the following benefits:

- Access to the Welcome Reception and ASUM Outreach Breakfast. Registration options with a Networking ticket are offered
- Opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets for social functions, if required
- Entry to the trade exhibition across the Conference days
- 18 CPD hours
Day registration includes the following benefits on the nominated day:
- Morning, lunch and afternoon break catering
- Access to full program via the Conference app
- Access to the Welcome Reception or ASUM Outreach Breakfast to be held on the nominated day
- Opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets for social functions, if required
- Entry to the trade exhibition
- 6 CPD hours
Registration Confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.
Name Badge
Each delegate of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Credit Card
Our preferred payment is by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.
Payments by credit card will incur the following fees to cover administrative costs to process the payments and account reconciliations, transaction processing fees and compliance and security costs:
- Visa and MasterCard – 2.2%
- American Express – 3.0%
Invoice and Bank Transfer
Payment by invoice or bank transfer is welcomed and available until the close of early bird registrations. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.asumperth26@arinexgroup.com.
We strongly recommend you personally organise the purchase of travel insurance to ensure all costs arising from any potential cancellation will be covered.
Note: there will be a AUD$150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.
Registration
Cancellations on or before Tuesday 14 July 2026 will incur a AUD$150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Wednesday 15 July 2026 to Sunday 4 October 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Monday 5 October 2026 will receive no refund.
Social Functions
Payments are non-refundable as at Monday 5 October 2026.
If registration is not paid yet, it will be valid for 14 days from date of registration. If payment has not been received within 30 days or by Friday 13 November 2026, whichever occurs first, the registration will be automatically cancelled.
- Eligibility
The ASUM AU26 Register by Early bird closure competition is open to all paying delegates who register and pay to attend ASUM AU26 on or before 14 July 2026.
Employees and immediate family members of ASUM are not eligible to participate. Only one entry per person will be accepted. - How to Enter
Entrants must register and pay for a full conference registration to attend ASUM AU26 by the competition closing date above. Entry into this competition implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. - Prizes
There is one prize available. The winner will receive a prize consisting of two tickets for a NatureBoss Pinnacles Sunset Dinner and Stargazing Tour on Wednesday 18 November.
Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the nominated tour is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances with the tour operator, the conference can substitute the prize with an alternative option of equivalent value. - Prize Draw
A winner for the prize will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven days of the competition closing. The decision of ASUM is final and no correspondence will be entered into. - Notification
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within seven days of the competition’s closing. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days following notification, a new winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. - Publicity
The winner for each draw will be published on the ASUM AU26 website. By entering the competition, entrants consent to ASUM using their first name and city for promotional purposes. For example, James from Sydney has won the ASUM AU26 Register by Early Bird closure promotion.
This will be limited to ASUM e-news, ASUM social media, and ASUM websites. - Privacy
Any personal information provided will be used in accordance with ASUM’s privacy policy. - Disqualification
ASUM AU26 reserves the right to disqualify entries that are in breach of these terms and conditions or are deemed inappropriate or offensive. - Limitation of Liability
ASUM AU26 will not be held responsible for technical failures or lost entries. Entrants agree to release ASUM AU26 from any liability arising from their participation in the competition. - Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. - Modification or Termination
ASUM AU26 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice.
The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The information presented at the conference is intended for healthcare professionals, and by registering to attend you agree that the presentation content is for educational and informational purposes. Presentation content is developed by each speaker, and the Speaker is solely responsible and liable for the accuracy, completeness and currency of, and the originality of, the content and information which remains the intellectual property and responsibility of the speaker. ASUM does not assess, check, confirm, guarantee, endorse or verity the content of any Speaker’s presentation.
ASUM may film and photograph the event. Registrants consent to being filmed or photographed by ASUM (or its representatives) and to ASUM using the Registrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in such photographs or films for the purpose of promoting our events, services and products. No remuneration is payable for such use. Photos and footage may also be shared with supporting partners.
Attendance at conference: The information presented at the conference is intended for healthcare professionals and can include confronting images which are not appropriate for persons under 18 years of age.
The Organisers of ASUM AU26 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct which all attendees are expected to comply with.
Some external individuals/companies may be sending emails that reference ASUM AU26, potentially giving the false impression they are affiliated with the Conference. These entities are not connected with the official Conference Managers, and may not be legitimate travel providers. Some may be attempting to fraudulently obtain personal or financial information.
All official registration, travel and/or accommodation information will come directly from Arinex (where applicable). We strongly recommend using only travel agents or services you personally know and trust.
Engaging with third-party providers is at your own risk, and the Conference Organisers accept no liability for any resulting issues or losses. Stay alert and rely only on official communication channels.
